i know it hurts to just lose by one goal.IT REALLY DOES.
but hey guys, im sure u pple know that ur all better than them,just that the timing aint right.
isnt the scenario just like last year's bdiv game?
up by a few goals and they caught up at the very last min?
if the whistle was blown earlier,you guys would have tied.
but now,all the tears and sadness cant bring back wad has happened right?
so nw,if bdiv has to play again in nationals against them,KICK THEIR ASSES.
you all have nothing to lose,cos now the hatred in ur hearts are getting stronger,
and the will to beat them is definitely higher,

dont feel sad or wad okay?cos lyk i said, you played great.
you intercepted so many balls, but some were just thrown away due to mispasses and all by some pple.but they arent to blame,cos rmb wad mrs tan said?
there's 7 people on court.and naturally ms lee and mrs tan will expect more from u cos your the capt,youve played in that court before for zest(: , and def more experienced than the rest.
moreover,if u guys cut down on the mistakes and the mispasses, you all could have drawn the score closer or even win.but whats done cant be undone,nationals top 4 is wad u all are aiming right?so keep that goal in ur heart, take each match slowly at a time, and i'll be there to see u all rising to top 4 and having the word NETBALL carved on the honours board outside the toilet in our sch for both BDIV AND CDIV!

The trophies there were achieved by ZEST.. As a team. Every single achievement made was by a team. And Miss Lee breaking us up is dumbfounding. We went through the hurdles tgt. Probably the sec 2s went through all this more than sec ones. And if all this hurdles and problems were overcomed by ZEST and we achieved our goals. Bonus like top 5 nationals? THAN WHY CANT WE OVERCOME THIS SITUATION OF BREAKING UP. even if we break up and think that we're not ZEST, having cliques last time is also not ZEST? We shall stay untied. YOUR juniors will overcome this tgt with u. YOUR juniors wont just leave u there. YOUR juniors wishes ech and everyone of u the best of performance not luck. You all do not need luck. you all need the mental strength. And i really really think that u all WILL do it. The last 2 trgs, those 6 rounds, give it all ur best. FINISH THEM! get it over and done with. at the same time strengthen ur mental ability. The tears shed for ech other, the perspiration perspired for ech other, the falls we had for ech other, the laughters and fun we have is all as a team. And this is another problem which TKZEST will overcome. ALthough we're gonna part and everything, those who leave still have to come down and have fun during recess and aft school tgt. Because i've said already, that TK ZEST will always last. it will never go away. The wanting of a man's heart will show the passion he has for a certain thing. And my passion wasnt netball. but was PLAYING NETBALL WITH MY SENIORS AND FRIENDS. and i have a problem to overcome. which is leaving u all and try to have as much fun as i am having now. This 7months have been great for me. Words just cant describe it. Patience has been put to the test. Teaching u all drums was an honour for me. Even before tournaments we played drums didnt we??? AMAZING! Well, always rmb this. TK ZEST WILL STAY AS ONE FOREVER UNTIL ONE HAS GIVEN UP ON THIS PASSION which is

heyy. the blogs oh so dead. and i never ever posted. so HERE I AM! haha

anywaes. serious talk people. S-E-R-I-O-U-S. ((:
ya ya. we ALL know about the cut.
and everyones being negative. of course i myself am negative too. but happened to the bright side? what happened to the joyful egoistic happy go lucky ZEST that used to be before you- know - what.
we all just trained together. and we're about to be broken apart.
its not easy. not for a single one of us. it'll be tough. it'll be harsh
there'll be tears. but the thing is. we all tried our best. and thats what matters most.
whats gonna happen. whos gonna be cut. its all planned. god planned it all. everything has been planned. and some people may think. but when you change your mind. you're going against what god planned. but if you think harder. dont you think that he seriously already planned it all. when you change your mind, for the better, or the worst, he planned it. he already planned for you to change your mind. he planned everything. theres nothing thats unexpected to him.
then now you ask why he plans it so unfairly. i too always think that.
we are all unique; thats what makes us unique.
why issit that people lead such wonderful lives with everything going wonderfully well and nothing seems to be wrong for them. but you know. no ones perfect. theres always at least one flaw with someone and no one can ever be perfect. not even for a split second. cause thats the point of it all. pretty or ugly. nice or not. we are all meant to be different. if we are all the same type. wouldnt life be boring? no one to gossip about and everything else. talking about poeple would then seem like you re talking about yourself. so its okay to be different. in WHATEVER ways. we make ourselves who we are. and for that. we should not follow people juat because you want to be anything like them. be who you are inside. and everyone would accept it. dont force it. cause or else. you ll just be miserable.

some ppl may understand this. but some may not. but if you really think about it.
it actually makes a lot of sense. because we are being our true selves, thats why we are where we are standing right now. get it? if you dont. well than youre dumb. HAHA.
but seriously. so WHAT if we get cut?! thats not gonna keep us from staying together every recess. going out after school together.
whether to stay close or not to? it all depends on us dont you think. if you got cut. and you are to o ashamed to face the rest. than you re just drifting away. and you start thinking why the rest are so dao and why the rest wouldnt want to talk to you just because you got cut. and you ll start thinking whether we were just friends just because we were in the same team. you start wondering what happened to the close friendship you used to have with those people.
but thats part and parcel of life;
but thats not true. you all know that. we are ZEST. and forever will be. yes. we will have to be in different teams sooner or later. but deep in our hearts. we re forever zest. each of us putting in a bit of squeeze. here and there just to make it complete. with a single one missing. zest is not zest anymore. so even if we are no longer in the same team. we need to always be together in our hearts. if you dont. then you re the one giving up to keep it up. its sad to part. OF COURSE it is.

so you cannot expect even to have a perfect day. i've always been thinking. why is it that i can never ever ever have a perfect day in my entire life?! when something so great happens. something terrible too happens. and vice versa. its really irritating isnt it? but there's really nothing we can do.
we all just gotta learn to let go; but not to let go in our hearts; but learn to accept others in your lives.
that might not be the best option you want to do right now. but when you start accepting. and starting afresh. you might realise that they MIGHT be better. or equal..
so stop clinging on to the past; and continue with the future; dont get left behind.

all those that we sacrificed. it all cant go to waste my friends.

Proposal for Day Camp
Venue: TKGS for morning training, KNC for friendly/training in the afternoon
Date and time: 22th April 2006, 8.30am -7.30pm (to be confirmed)
Budget: $10 per person
Purpose of camp: To replace the last training together as C div ’06 and leave our coaches with a happy ending (:
People present: Ms Teo Yongchin, Mrs Tan Ching Yi and TK ZEST

Purpose of training in school first: To save money since train at school no need to pay.
Friendly most probably against Nike. (To be confirmed by Mrs.Tan)
Total amount spent would be $33.60 for booking court for 2 hours.
Each person pays $2.10
Lunch would most probably be at KFC or MACS in kallang. (will not be provided)

8.15 AM-Reporting time at TKGS foyer
8.30AM-11AM-training
11AM TO 11.45 AM-make our way to KNC

THIS POST IS DEDICATED ESPECIALLY FOR EVERYONE IN ZEST.
Coming this far isnt easy for everyone of us.
All of us put in every effort to make this a wonderful team.
Getting to kno each other was pretty tough at first,
shy,awkwardness.but after months of trgs,
we bonded.We started to feel comfortable and open to each other.
Everyone worked out tgt fine.
TRAININGS,SEC 1 CAMP,PESTA SUKAN,PESS,EOY CAMP,DAISY TAN,EAST ZONE,NATIONALS.
It was definitely a long journey for us.
But we're not gonna let it end yet.At least i hope.
Here's a short write-up for every single one of you.
Pamela-Being the captain of the team,it wasnt easy for you.But u did us proud.Leading zest to greater heights,responsibility of small stuff lyk collecting valuables and all,u did great.Conflicts and having to solve probs was tough.But you did ur best to help us,making sure our team's fine and there's no prob.You've also been a great mushroom,a great fren,and i thank God for sending such a friend to irritate me.I love you,and lets continue our journey wif more fun stuffs ahead!

YAY!Our team outing today to BUKIT GOMBAK!MRS TAN'S HOUSE!!!WHEE!!!We all met at CityHall first.We were suppose to meet at 11.45am but SOME people were late and didnt bother to say sorry.Hmmm.....

Anyways,we were late oredi so we took the East-West Line to Jurong East before changing to the North-South Line to go to Bukit Gombak.Poor Chanel and CuiXia had to wait for a long time for us.SORRY!We met Mrs Tan at the mrt station and we walked to her house from there.

Her house looks like a condominium!!!And she lives near my cousin's house too!Hehehe...We had to walk quite far lah.Her house near the ulu-ulu area.Hahaha.

We ate Canadian pizza for lunch.SO NICE!!!Mrs Tan showed us her video of how she and her husband "MET".So romantic lah!!!!She oso showed us her wedding fotos.Her husband look so funny.HEEHEE.We oso saw the seniors baby fotos.HAHAHA!!!

After lunch,we played Taboo.NO FAIR MY GRP GET HARD WORDS.GRRR.THen we oso played Truth or Dare.Pam had to stick her fot in the toilet bowl.AHAHAHAHAHA!!!(my ingenius idea!)
Broc had to do something special too.......But i can't say lah.VERY MALU.Oh ya and OLI have to draw a chili sauce mustache on her face.MUAHAHAHA.Another one of my brilliant ideas ;D

im back from HK.whoolala.its actually not THAT fun.

gonna update bout the things we did during camp.

FIRST DAY

reporting time was 8am.

everyone reached pretty on time except for sylvia.lol.as usual.

the pink person who's forever late.haha.

moved mats to our classroom and unpacked stuff.

marissa and i stayed in class to look after the stuffs.

the mats were so dirtyy lah.

then reported at 8.45 for trg.

it wasnt as bad as i tot.(: which was good.

trained with snrs cos ms lee dint come.

then washed up.only me,sylvia,oli bathed.

so we sorta took our time.hahah.

then lunch.oh dear.CHICKEN AND RICE.

i was the last to finish.as usual.

thanks zest for helping.then free time.

oli,sam,dean,me,cuixia,liyana,nuzul played cards.

meryl and broc listened to music and had some private talk eh?

SECOND DAY

ZEST woke up super early.haha.lyk 6.15?haha.

then brushteeth and all.went for breakfast.

cereal and bread.

snrs took the cookie and the other nice one away.forgot wad was it.

and left us wwith CORNFLAKES.ahahha.

then trg.ms teo was ard.she took the defenders away.

luckily.midfielders and shooters wif mrs tan.

mrs tan wanted to train courtwork and centre passed.GK throw-in.

maybe cos in the afternoon we're goona have friendly against ahs.

time passed really fast then it was wash-up time and free time.

then lunch.after tat team talk.bout goals,problems this year..

1)catch the ball in front of u and as a thrower,always stretch the receiver when throwing a pass.

2)plan ur moves.

3)throw hard,clean,str8 passes and not sloppy ones.

4)dont use so much lobs.

5)NO GOSSIPING OF EACH OTHER.

it was kinda funny.no infact,it was SUPER FUNNY.HAHAHHA.

THEN TAT GAME TOOK QUITE LONG COS NO TIME LIMIT.

then we were given a paper each to paste it behind our back.

everyone else is suppose to write for everone her good pointes.

and i bet some of them were super SACARSTIC ONE LAH.HAHA.

SO THEN I HAD TO GO.mrs tan walked me out.

and i was lyk no need cos nobody wld wanna rape me.

and she said,

Once upon a time in land of ZEST,there were 13 VERY BEAUTIFUL AND AWESOME girls.They were Pomelo,Ywee Hee,Liyaba,Nelcha,Oli Poli,Deandean,Ryleow,Sammitha,Cutexia,Tantan,Jinda,Ylvia and NuzNuz.It's like OMG they ruled ZEST land with their AMAZING skills.They fought evil with blue/red/white balls and fly in the air,landing on the bad guys.The bad guys are given penalties for PUSHING and CONTACT.The evil emperor BokBok threatens to end our reign.But together as ONE, "WE GOT SPIRIT WE GOT MIGHT!"

It was a sunny day.As usual Nelcha was practising her shots with Cutexia.Soon after a flourish of paper butterflies comes along for Nelcha(got a lot of "suitors" coming after her Hahaha)."OMG!So many letters!Must reply soon!"Tantan and Pomelo comes and soon the foursome are immersed in a battle.But not to worry,it was just a training battle.NuzNuz and Liyaba joins them to play.The others soon came too Oli Poli with her drink DeanDean with her drink Hahaha.After a while,the queen of ZEST Land,Queen Ching Yi,runs to them with her arms waving."Girls!Girls!Evil Emperor BokBok is sending his minions to steal our power source!!Get the team together and get ready for battle!!"And with that the eight of us scurry off finding our comrades.We suit up,knee guards,ankle guards,our towels and waterbottles.But most important weapon of all: THE BALL.And with that we went into battle.
After an hour of blood sweat and tears,we emerged victorious YET AGAIN.Our power source was still safe.And best of all Queen Ching Yi was pleased with our work.And another day is safe Thanks to THE TEAM ZEST.
